1.1 SG on Holes 13-18 Since Using APN

Marco Penge — DP World Tour

Marco recently shared how his performance improved since using APN.

Before: a clear drop-off over his closing six holes. The classic late-round fade every golfer knows.

After: a strong finish over that same stretch instead of a drop-off.

The only thing that changed: how he fueled.

The Numbers

Two bar charts comparing Marco Penge's Strokes Gained Total by hole interval. Before: +0.032 on holes 1-6, +0.038 on holes 7-12, and -0.371 on holes 13-18. After: +0.034 on holes 1-6, +0.465 on holes 7-12, and +0.735 on holes 13-18.

IntervalBeforeAfter
Holes 1-6+0.032+0.034
Holes 7-12+0.038+0.465
Holes 13-18-0.371+0.735

His opening six holes barely moved — +0.032 to +0.034. The gains show up exactly where fatigue normally does: +0.465 through the middle stretch, and a -0.371 deficit over the closing six turned into +0.735. That closing swing alone is worth roughly 1.1 shots a round.

Why This Matters

This is the problem APN was built to solve. In golf, margins are thin. One or two missed shots per round can shape an entire tournament — and often decides between a missed cut and a top result.

Holes 13 to 18 are where rounds are won and lost, and they arrive three to four hours after your last real meal. That is precisely the window APN's End-Game phase is formulated for.

Proud to have players like Marco using the system — and seeing the results.
