Our products are manufactured by Vis Vitalis GmbH in Austria under strict quality control standards. While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions, images, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
APN FUEL products are not medications and have not been evaluated by regulatory authorities for medical purposes. Consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions or are taking medications.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
All prices are listed in EUR and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors, and we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payment must be received before order fulfillment.
We ship to select countries and regions. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

APN FUEL products are designed with athletes in mind and are tested for compliance with World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) standards. However, we cannot guarantee that our products will not trigger a positive test result, as individual responses may vary. Athletes subject to drug testing should consult with their governing bodies before use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of APN FUEL services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
In accordance with EU regulations, consumers may access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
