This Return & Refund Policy applies to Products sold by Virtus Ventures BV under the brand “APN” through https://athleteperformance-nutrition.com. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging — and you must provide your receipt or proof of purchase. This standard return window is separate from, and in addition to, the statutory EU right of withdrawal in Section 4.
Email us at info@athleteperformance-nutrition.com to request a return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items that are defective, damaged, or not as described can be returned even if opened.
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without giving a justification. To do so, tell us your decision by a clear statement (for example, by email to info@athleteperformance-nutrition.com); you may use the model withdrawal form in Section 8, but you do not have to. After notifying us, return the goods within 14 days. You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will tell you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. For EU withdrawals under Section 5, we will reimburse you within 14 days of being informed of your decision, although we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, supplements that have been opened, used, or whose seal is broken cannot be returned — unless they are defective, damaged, or not as described, or unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise. Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer, including your rights under EU consumer-protection law and any applicable US state consumer rights.
